Our journey of sharing India’s rich and diverse culture began over 100 years ago in our ancestral village of Barara, Agra—a place deeply rooted in history and tradition. For generations, our family has been dedicated to welcoming guests from around the world, offering them an authentic glimpse into India’s vibrant heritage, rural life, and cultural diversity.

From hosting British Viceroys to welcoming esteemed personalities like U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower and Bill Gates, our commitment to showcasing the real India has remained unwavering. Our legacy began with Shri Ramesh Chandra Singh, who, in 1966, represented India as an IFYE (International 4-H Youth Exchange) delegate to the USA, UK, and Turkey, fostering global peace and cross-cultural understanding. His passion for hospitality and cultural exchange inspired our mission.

Continuing this legacy, Mohit Singh, the founder of Rising India Tours, followed in his grandfather’s footsteps and became a Youth Ambassador in the IFYE 2016 program to the USA, representing India on a global platform. With a deep-rooted passion for Indian heritage, he envisioned a travel experience that allows visitors to immerse themselves in India’s authentic culture, from rural village tours and heritage walks to culinary experiences with traditional recipes.

Mohit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism Management and a Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism from Florida Atlantic University, further strengthening his expertise in crafting unforgettable travel experiences.
